NEWS & REVIEWS
I am excitedly writing the story that brings my Days of Grace trilogy full circle! Readers will have one last chance to visit Petaluma, California and spend time with favorite characters from Redeeming Luke and Finding Olivia, and introduces two new characters.

Charlie Adams, a Navy doctor whose faith and self worth are challenged after he survives, but is injured in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941.

Tilly Lancaster, a woman more comfortable with an artist's canvas and the butterflies she raises, than with other people, and who struggles with her memories from the past, her value as a woman and the deception she lives with today.

Will they each learn to forgive and trust again?

Redeeming Luke really surprised me! I didn't think I'd enjoy a book written mostly from the perspective of a man running from God, but I found myself totally into the story, telling Luke what to do next.  The title is perfect, and I even teared up in a couple of places. This book is a must have for anyone who loves good, wholesome fiction!! Kudos to Darlene Wells for a job well done on her debut novel!!

An enjoyable page turning read. I loved the characters, especially Luke who made me giggle and Ruth who tugged at my heart in her struggles. If we turn to God He will make something beautiful of our lives even through our mistakes

This book was so good! It took me a while to through it but only because of my busy schedule, however, you know it's a good book when you find yourself wondering what is going to happen next and craving to read it. I truly enjoyed this book!

Darlene is a new author to me and I love the purity of her writing, while dealing with real life issues during the depression era. This is the 2nd book in a trilogy and I look forward to the release of book three. The characters are easy to fall in love with, and identify with their thoughts and feelings. You meet Olivia in book one as Ruth's best friend, and it is nice to follow up with the struggles she faces in life and with her faith. We are introduced to Nathan, who faces the struggles of his sister, and her choices affect his relationship with Olivia. I love these characters and the way Darlene grasps you from the first chapter. I recommend these these books
